Maybe you’ve had a Facebook Fan page for a while but can’t achieve the 25 ‘likes’ you need to apply your custom URL to the page? Or you didn’t realise you could even have a custom URL on Facebook?

Twitter sounds great but how do I choose my username? What do I write for the Bio? How do I tweet? What do I tweet? How often?
